Dear SIr/Madam
I have a Dell Inspiron laptop purchased from Dell. The system stopped working. I called Dell on Jan 28. As per Dell Tech Support, my laptops mother board needs to be replaced and suggested I extend my warranty protection. Dell customer service, nicely spoke and explained that my system is out of warranty and advised me to purchase a "complete cover warranty" costing Rs.20400. On Jan 28 they created the case no - Case no: 780-2797685. The customer service person said, as per the warranty agreement, if the technician is unable to repair the laptop, Dell will go to the extent of replacing me with a different laptop. So unconditionally my issue will be solved.
Today I am here on Feb 27, my issue is still not resolved. I have spent quite a lot of time calling Dell and Customer Service/Tech support phone tag me back and forth and no progress. My emails to dell are unanswered.
At present I request you to help me either get the money refunded or fix my laptop.
