Stole my money and didn't deliver the product

I ordered for a laptop at Dell Computer India Pvt. Ltd., on 13th Jan'11, and was promised a delivery within 15 days. It has been than more than the promised date of delivery, but didn't receive any call or communication from Dell on the order status. My order Details are:

I am feeing mental harrasment due to this delay and the services, dell is providing. Pls take some action so that consumers are not duped in fake promises.
