order for Adaptor of Dell Inspiron Laptop on 21th April with Dell Sales deparment in chennai. Payment was done

online as per their system. It was told me that shipment will take place within 6-7 working days at the address

given by me which is in the DELHI itself. It has been now 20 DAYS since I placed this order & yet i've not recived

it...
