Poor After Sales. Faulty Product

Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a Dell Inspiron Model 1410 worth Rs. 40600/- in Oct. Within just 45 days of purchasing, My bluetooth software stopped working. On the instructions of their Technical Executive, I was told to reboot my laptop to repair my bluetooth driver. I performed the necessary action but not only did the bluetooth not work, even my webcam stopped working.
I, then, requested for a repalcement. Firstly, Dell has a telephonic after sale service. Getting through to the concerned person took a lot of time. I, then contacted the Area Sales Manager, who just forwarded a mail and didnt bother to listen to my queries. Even their Technical executives are not available over the fone. Finally, my request for a replacement was accepted.
Even though the laptop stopped working due to no fault on my part, I was subjected to unfair treatment by my calls being unanswered. When my request for replacement was accepted, I have been told that my faulty laptop will be taken and I will have to wait to 12-15 working days to get a new Laptop.
I am an MBA student and my entire curriculum depends on my Laptop. Waiting for 12-15 days without a laptop is not just unfair but clear injustice.
