Firstly Dell does not accept purchase orders from small companies. It has to be in the format that they submit. They were not accepting my order because i placed a penalty clause in it that too after the delivery period ends. So i had to place order in their format.

Order was placed on 22 October and confirmation received on 27 October. As per order confirmation, laptop was to be delivered by 19 November. On Dell's website it was supposed to be delivered by 16 November.

Today being 3 December, Dell sales person Mr. Dipjyoti Nandy does not pick up my phone, neither the care service center is ready to give me the status. On the website it shows that product has been shipped from factory (Malaysia).

It is my sincere advise not to entertain foreign companies like these and be extra sure while making any purchase.
