Delay in Delievery of Laptop as Per Order Confirmation

I had boked an laptop on 11th Feb and they confirm deleivery date on or before 15th march but till now itn showing manufacturing buit completed on online status check, called number of times to customer care of Dell (Case No. 80555454), but still they are not confirming delevery date.
