Dell Insipiron Laptop

I just bought a dell inspiron 14r laptop five months back and since then i have been facing a lot of problems regarding the laptop. First the hard Disk drive became bad then in another months time the motherboard was damaged.after the motherboard was replaced there are still some issues with my laptop i tried to ask the company to replace my laptop as i am facing so much of problems but to no avail. they say we can change the part but we cannot completely replace the laptop. I feel this is very wrong as i cant go on for a very long time with this laptop as after the warranty period is over i have to pay a lot of money for the parts to be replaced all the time.
