This is extremely pathetic that Dell a major hardware appliance assembler is not capable of handling simple complaints. I recently had an issue where my laptop was not charging and I asked the Dell center to send me a technical representative to figure out what the issue is. This person who I believe was a student learning hardware did not find out what the issue was and left the place telling me to sign his visit sheet (which I should not have. Do not sign this unless you are satisfied!!!) and told me that he would send another technical representative. After that not a word from Dell till I give them a call. To make a long story short I talked with the following people for extremely long periods of time without any feedback:

They told me that there would be no refund on the technical support guy as well as no adapters (which I diagnosed as the issue) unless I purchase a warantee. This is nothing but daylight robbery as they will not go forward unless I go ahead and do everythin they (people @ Dell) say. Somebody has to look into this issue ASAP.
