Not working inbuilt speakers

I am Pranjali Bhagwat.

I have taken Dell inspiron 1440 laptop with model number 3vswkj1

Its speaker has stopped working after only 3 months.

I have tried to register complaint on your toll free number. And this I have already mentioned in my first complaint via mail.

I have already registered the complaint via mail twice.

Today is the third day of my complaint and this will be my last mail regarding my complaint.

I am expecting the service to be offered utmost within next 24 hrs.

If I dint get the service, unfortunately I will have to file a complaint in the consumer court.
