Dell inspiron 1464
No response from the customer care

The service tag number is H31W4BS. The complaint no is 7803406. The complaint is that the laptop switches off randomly. The fan associated with the laptop does not seem to run when the laptop switches off due to overheating. I have complained umpteenth number of times and even though with the help of the customer care have downloaded new bios and run almost all their diagnostic support, unable to rectify the problem. Told those guys to visit our home but they dont bother... Can anyone help me out of this..I never expected such behavior from DELL... I will never, ever recommend a DELL to my relatives again...
