Theft at service center and mishandling of laptop

This was not expected from Dell Service center, being one of such big brands. I had given my laptop for keyboard replacement to a Dell authorized service center in Mumbai. But after few days of receiving it, it was facing problems like heating up, LCD display not working properly.

When i opened the laptop so as to clean up the fan i found that there was no fan to my surprise. They had also broken the studs of the LCD.

This was such a mess that I would advise everybody that they should not go the Dell service center in Mumbai for any repair, as they are no more than thieves
