AC Adaptor plugged in but not charging

Hii..

I've bought this laptop on 17th april and till last month it was working fine but now when i connect AC adaptor to laptop it shows "plugged in but not charging "

the battery level is not just 4% and hence when there is power cut or anything I can't even turn it on for a min also.

what's the worth of keeping a laptop if just in one year i'm facing this kinda problem.

i do use it for my personal use and never even let anyone to touch it.

now can anyone guide me or dell will replace my Battery or AC Adaptor whichever is faulty or the company is going to ignore my problem.

plzzz help me out as soon as possible as its really hard for me to work like this.
