Not providing service in waranty periods

Hello, I am Ramprasad Dhakad I have purchase Dell Laptop and I have the problem in my laptop that it's lip and the lan port are too loose. Actually this problem is from the beginnig from the time of purchase on about 23rd June but I don't have time to talk to customer care of dell to tell them about the problem and not having the proper contact number to call them because their is no any service center. and now I'm having the number and complain about the problem but they directly denied that they will not giving the solution just because of I've not call them earlier about the problem, but my service period means the waranty period is of 1 year which is supposed to exit on 22 June. so they should provide me the service. they are saying that this problem is created by the using the laptop but I told them that definetly when I'll use the laptop then only I will be aware about the problem and the lip is not looses just becouse of using the laptop only for the 300 days. then how could I asure that the laptop will remain safe after 2-3 year it will completly damaged according to them.

please please sir kindly help me whatever way it would be possible because I couldn't do anything against of them just because they are not in the city means no service center in Indore.
