Not In Working

I have purchased Dell Laptop From Laptop world before 2 monts appx. but it was not in working since 10 sep. I have launched many complaints regarding this to Dell Company Toll Free No. & service tag no is H1PG6BS. but till date company will not taken any action regarding my complaint. Please Give me furthur suggestion what can I do.
