Very slow in process

Espected sir,

i like to bring one big problem in my lapi in your focus, that its processing speed is to slow even slower then p4.my processor is i5 so i was expecting it to be faster then p4 but unfortunately i m not satisfied with your dell product at all... pls help me on this sir.
