Speaker work not properly

I buy our laptop from Varanasi shop name is TOTAL COMPUTER SELES& SERVICE, it's mob no is 93354747555 .

In warranty period my laptop speaker not work properly, but no any action taken by the seller, call your customer care number they said " your laptop is not Indian " it laptop is Thailand so they did not provide any service the customer care

so you can take action in won way...

and my dell complain number is "850428045"
