NOT ENTERTAINING THE CUSTOMER

I am feeling very guilty that why I have gone for Dell Laptop... Dell peoples attitude towards the customer is very poor, they do not reply for the various query, this is the bad experience I am facing from the peoples from Managers Level to the down the level.

Dell- India wrongly committing the total customer satisfaction how ever they do not know the single meaning of it.

If any sincere person reading my feedback, please contact me on 09799842711, as being a customer I am approaching to Dell again and again which makes a big? that for what purpose dell people are sitting in the office, they are not giving the right and satisfactory response and I am having all the communication emails as a evidence which I have made but was not satisfactorily replied.

I never recommend any person to go for Dell and I will stop the person to buy the any Dell Product seeing this bad experience.
