Dell inspiron laptop 5010
About the delivary of windows cd

My name is Nithin Lukose. I have purchased dell inspiron laptop 5010 on 27/05. I have purchased windows 7 operating system also. But i didn't get the cd with laptop. Further I made an inquiry and customer care of dell asked me to pay RS 300 to HDFC 13748640000020 through RTGS from my account in SBI.The reference number is H11055100013 on 24 th of February. I inquired about the delivery status many times to dell customer care but they didn't respond sincerely It is a kind of harassing a customer that I have to go after the company to get my deserved product. I request to take necessary action to get my complaint solved.
