Dell Inspiron laptop
BATTERY YET TO BE RECEIVED

I had ordered for a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop battery in March and had paid an amount of Rs. 5330 by draft according to the details of payment sent by me by my salesperson Jeffin Kuriakose. I still haven't received my battery and have been using my laptop as a desktop since then. Each time I call I have been given several excuses, first they told me the product would arrive in 2 months, then I was told several times to call 1 month later. Then they told me that my draft would be sent back because the product was not available but I havent received my battery nor my money.
