Hi this is dikul patel from gujarat.. i have purchased dell inspiron laptop from dell india online and contacted via their seles department.. mR raj khan sold me this on 11th nov and i received laptops on 18th nov.. but yet not received adapter, mouse which is mentioned in the bill/quotation...

nw they are suggesting me to give bak my laptop and they'll charge me 900 rs and i'll get payment after 21 days.. what is my fault..? they have also abused me.. i wrote to dell support center but they're helpless..
