Illegal remote hacking of my laptop by dell executive

I had bought dell inspiron laptop around 1 month ago.for a small problem regarding laptop i had cald customer care no.and had a talk with a guy cald parag gogia.the issue was resolved and since then i never put any complaint or contacted dell.but now after one month this person called me up and told me to check my email as it is regarding some upgradation.he told me to follow the link in mail and whatever he said.i did so, only to realise that now he had a remote access to my pc as he could open any folder and could see my wallpaper without me clicking anything!! and may be he was able to view me also as the pop up said"ur screen is being viewed"!! his desk no. is-011244579280.after that he disconnected the phone as well as the session but i am still not sure whethr my pc is safe or not.
