I purchased a new laptop from a dell dealer - outshiny on new bel road on 1st august. While purchasing he said that there would be a 15 months subscription for the anti virus included in the amount. But after 15 days i realise that the subscription given is only for 30 days.

Last 4 days everyday I am calling dell helpline and complaining but there is no response so far, Kindly advice what measure should be taken.
