Dell inspiron N4010
Poor customer care service and no commitment

I have problems with the battery back up, charger and the system getting heated up (in warranty period). Adding to my problems is the dell customer care whom i have called at least 6-7 times and they are just doing one thing putting ma call on hold. Dell has got the most poor customer care service.
