Sleep Mode & fan problem

The fan of laptop is creating lots of noise all time continuously, the system also get in sleep mode itself while I am working on it. I bought the laptop in Aug, but within 2months the RAM, Hard Disk gets replaced and In Feb, the fan & heating pad gets replaced. But the problem is till continue. When I ask regarding the noise of FAN when your technician came he said the noise will come, but my other laptop of Dell is not creating such kind of noise. It also gets heat up very early. The Fan is just creating noise like Exhaust Fan. Now, I don’t want any replacement of any part. I want the whole system to be replaced because all the hardware gets replaced in just 10months. I want to resolve this issue to be resolved as early as possible as my work is getting suffered.
