I have purchase dell laptop and it was defective as dell admitted this and replacement had to be done but after taking the laptop they are delaying in providing me the laptop back and most important part is dealer from which i purchase it is very very rude in giving information, my main complaint is for him as he talks in a rude and cheap way which is not at all ethical, that really hurts a consumer. dealer name is infoware technomart allahabad uttar pradesh. i hope appropriate action will be taken in this matter.
