Hello sir i have purchase dell laptop vostro 1014 his service tag no.36XXBN1 and express service code 6950126125, laptop bottom base has broke in one side.. i want to purchase extra warranty (warranty extension). i talk before 1 month in anoop bhargav, he know that laptop bottom base has broke and he said the warranty charge is 3900 rs and at this time i talk dell customer care he say the warranty charge 9000rs approx because your bottom base is broke. i have a one mail to anoop bhargav he writes in this mail the warranty charge is 3900rs. so i want to purchase extra warranty in 3900 rs pls help me
