Laptop not working properly but there customer services r not responding

Laptop is very much important for me as i do daily work on it n in my newly purchased lappi there are lots of problem like bluetooth not working, touchpad not working etc and i am callinf customer care every day but non of them are responding.i m in trouble.plz help.
