Warranty related issue of laptop

I brought dell laptop on15 dec with one year warranty. At that time I didn't know about physical damage warranty which is extendable and optional. Now I have physical damage in my laptop. I went to my dealer but he misbehaved. I did complaint on dell customer service but they have not taken any action yet. Even I am not able to get any email address of dell head center. I am in trouble. Please help me out by giving email addresses of main center so that I can take some steps. My email id is: kiranjast@gmail.com
