MONITOR NOT WORKING

Sir, my self working as a SDE in state owned BSNL and my present posting is at Cuttack (orissa). BSNL had procured 10G Eqpt (ZTE make) from loss running ITI company.along with that, The said company had supplied one DELL laptop in the year of 2008.within a year thae power adapter of that laptop was out of order. I had complained alot before the ITI heda (Mr. Sultan) but all in vein.and I purchased one Adapter frm the market and it start to run. Then after six month, the monitor of the said laptop was out of order. I tried to complain to the ITI, but no body was replied positively.that's why I complled to go through the consumer forum.laptop is badly essential to check the status of the 10G route.

plesae fix the responsibility over such inordinate delay.expect your quick response and quink solution.
