one of my keyboard key is not working, i called the support of dell using this toll free no, 18004250088.

fucking dell support team asking me to pay to get the premium warranty, & i said no, they gave me a list of softwares to install, though i am in costly 3g plan i downloaded, softwares and checked still no use, and they simply told this problem comes under the external warranty, not under the normal warranty
