Guarntee within 21 days replacement

I have purchase laptop from dell india site

they promised 21days replacement said by the sale person that

'''if u do not like dell laptop you can replace the dell laptop without

any cost wein 21 days u can replcae it''' ... ''amount will be replace to''' ...

and they said that the 2 nd genration laptop will cost u 6000 to 8000 extra...

and it will come only for xps laptop only not for inspiron laptop...

but i chek in internet about the 2 nd genration laptop but only 1500rs extra

and i firkedout when i saw in internet...

I am a regular customer of dell, I have purchased 2 Laptops

already, this is the 3rd laptop i am purchasing. I am very sorry to

say that the service very poor...

they promised me that there will be replace laptop.

"Pathetic, Non abiance for Commitment, poor service"

and i given the complain to the dell coustomer care...

but no replay... Poor Service and Dissatisfaction

i request u to replace the laptop to me...
