Dell Laptop
False Commitment

I have booked dell laptop on dt: 04/07 by paying total cash from Dell company outlet Panjim Goa, and was assured within 10 days delivery time.

My details are as follows:

On 08/07 I had called up Dell customer care and they told me that on 08/07 they received the payment at Dell Chennai. and assured me the delivery in 4 to 5 days. Then 11/07 i received mail from one Mr. Anil De'souza cfom Dell committing the delivery on or before 28/07. See the difference difference in commitments. Then on 16/07 today when i called up Dell Panjim Goa, they are telling me that today they are going to ship the laptop from Chennai to Goa via Mumbai and committed me the delivery on dt:19/07.

Every time i call i get false commitments from Dell and because of this i have drooped my plan of going for one more Dell laptop and the desktop.
