I was given quote for the adapter of my dell latitude D 630 model by email from Mr Kishor Subramany and Mr Sudnindra Kasi (Dell customer care people) dated 04.05.2011. As quote was in email there was no reference number. Based on the quote i sent the draft of Rs 1800 dated 09.05.2011 along with the supply order from our firm. The same has been received by them
Since then more than 4 months have passed and every time i call these people through phone /email, i have been told that adaper has been dispatched or is in process. I can not believe that firm like Dell do such type of things to their customers.
