SIr,
My Laptop Screen was broken. Currenlty It is under warranty so I called up Dell service support and
requested them to look into the matter. I furnish them with all necessary details on 20 June. But till
now no action has been taken every time I call they keep on changing dates of service.
They even didnt notify me when they make any necessary changes I myself had to call and get details
about it. Any laptop in warranty is ensured to be serviced in 24 hours but my all complaints are falling on
deaf ears. Kindly look into the same.
