Unsatisfactory customer support

I had purchased a Dell Laptop D 3820 which was part of a bulk purchase made by railways for officers. For one year everything was fine.after that my battery has gone.

Its very difficult now to procure same as dell deals only on phone or online

. My preloaded window CD's provided with the laptop have stopped working.

Dell service support is very bad. They never do anything. There is nowhere u can complain

They just pass u on from one call centre executive to another. They have no service centres

I would like to warn everybody never to purchase a dell
