Battery backup

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a dell lap top from one of your dealer m/s Computer Network Services, Ranchi.(Jharkhand) with the giving commitment that battery backup, (it gives long battery backup of more than 6-7 hours)

But I am very sorry to inform you that after several time to inform your Dealer that I am not getting backup as committed by you, they don’t bother to reply a single line to me or solve my problem. I feel like a cheated Man.

Kindly solve my problem or advice .as soon as possible.
