My Operating system is not working. I made the complaint to customer care. They registered companit & told me that i will get DVD of OS within 15 days. I didn't get any DVD then again register complaint & send you the DVD within 15 days but after some time the manager told me that he cant give me DVD & disconnected call. I tried everything but i did;t get any response from DELL. I have licensed copy still they are giving me the DVD.
