Laptop not working

Dear sir,

i had bought the dell laptop with the following description:

i m having serious problem with my laptop since 3-4 months. it goes switched off automatically while working and many times it

is even not getting powered on it was within warranty so i called up the dell personnel to rectify the problem. but no one came from dell

for one month or more even after several phone calls made to them

my case no is:5429249

i m not able to use my laptop since 4 months. now my warranty period is also expired . i m still trying to call dell to solve my problem but all in vain

if this is the service . i have suggested all my friends and knows never to by dell products in future

if u can do anything regarding this matter. then inform me
