Still not recieved DELL laptop after 14 days

I am Abhishek

I have purchased Dell Laptop Inspiron 14R Online. (33, 000 RS)

According to Dell, they deliver in 7-10 days.

As Dell customer care, Even they can not do any thing... Cause Order is placed and It depends on Manufacturing Factory located in Chennai. And even they don't know, why It's taking too long.

I want an immediate action on it...
