Internet not connect

Sir i bought this laptop from Hindustan computers and travels, bhiwani, haryana on 4th March. The express service code is 2241561277 Since then i tried to connect internet many times but its shows a icon of connection, no site was opened. i also disabled the antivirus of kespersky, also turn off the firewalls. but only once the internet was connected on 9th march.
