Dell vostro 1540 laptop
Inbuild speaker may not working

I purchase my dell vostro 1540 notebook laptop in the date - 25-5 but by using the laptop for 45 days it produse an problem of inbuild sound

speaker and also a another complaint is that i buy this laptop from local shop of my city that shopkeeper may not give me a genuine window 7

and also not give me another important driver dvd
