Lot of Hardaware and Software Issues along with Poor Service

After buying a new Laptop from US (With International warrenty) i started facing problem in 2nd month.
As a Dell Policy they dont replace their products after 1 month.
Please find below the number of issues that i faced in 9 months of usage.
1) From the very first day i started getting HANG Issue on charging.
2) Once it got resolved i faced less Battery Backup issue. On request to change my battery, i got a new battery but still i never got the battery Backup of 6 hours that i useed to get with my new Laptop. Now its maximum Backup is of 3 hours and 20 mins.
3) Then i faced software issue.
4) Once they got resolved i faced Keyboard issue where my Keyboard is replaced.
5) Then again HANG issue started occuring.
6) Now currently along with this issue there is a Motherboard issue.(According to Service Center).
I really dont know what is the next issue which will get added in this list and how many more are yet to come.
The biggest blunder was i couldnt use and check it in the very 1st month as it was in US with my friend who bought it. I am totally unhappy and frustated after spending so much money on DELL VOSTRO .
Will be really thankful if anybody can let me know some senior persons mail id where i can redirect my complaints.
