Hard Disk problem

Dear sir,

I purchased my dell laptop (Model no - vostro A840, Tag no - C22G7K1) six months before. After sometimes a hard-disk problem occured in it. Your dell executive came to my office but he didn't rectify my laptop problem. After that no action taken from ur side and i suffer from that problem yet now. Last time your executive came on 2nd Feb with Repair Order Form s.no. - 112771. Pls send ur executive as soon as possible for rectifying the issue.
