Not Properly working

i have booked a tablet pc DOMO Slate N8 on 08-01 by Home shop18

Order No-908878113

and we received on 11-01

but this Domo Slate is not working properly, and looking old peace set, and user manual with this peace is also different set,

and this Domo slate create problem of charging, this set is not working without connacted charger. i have talked to ur customer care executive and bombey office on telephone no-022-43471235/4 on 11-01

and also submit a complain two times on Home shop, complaint No-69328337 on 11-01

so please solve my problem ASAP and arrange a New Domo Slate N8
