Excel, word, acrobat not working

I have purched HP brand new laptop (dv4-2126 series). Now i am facing the problem is, when i am opening any office file (exel, word or acrobat file) it is not getting open. it ask for some liecnce no that i dont know, please suggest how to proceed.
