Selling pirated software

I have purchased one AVG PC TuneUp 2011 (110708430290) on 29.06.2011 through Ebay biding and paid Rs.257/- vide PaisaPay. I have received the item from the seller ‘vinitrocketmail’ through DTDC. But surprisingly the packet contains an ordinary CD, inside which there is an AVG PC Tune Up installation software, some crack codes and a note how to install the crack codes. This is acounterfeit, pirated software which anybody can obtain through internet. I really could not imagine how an organisation like Ebay supports selling of such counterfeit, pirated software through their channel? The cost of the product will be Rs.8/- max. and the

seller sold the product to me at 257/- through Ebay bidding. I have lodged several complaints to the Customer Care of Ebay, but they reluctantly informed me to contact the dealer 'Vinitrocketmail'. I have purchased the product from Ebay, not directly from the said seller. Then why I should contact the fraudulent dealer?
