Annoying customer support by E BAY

Recently purchased a USB modem data card from E BAY through one of their re-sellers. Since the device was not working on my machine, the same was re-sent to the seller and claimed for the money re-fund. It's been more than 2 months now. The problem has not been resolved.
Reached them through mails, calls..but their customer support is so annoying. Each time a customer support executive picks the call and collects the details repeatedly but in vein.
Their customer support sucks!
