Sir/madam, I Ravi shastri from karwar is complaining on your product

RS-232 to USB converter. I had ordered de product abt one month ago of

Rs 1, 300 n i've received a low quality product of around Rs 500.. Our

ordered product is different, shipmented product is different n

received product is different.. N also this received shit isn't

working.. so i m disappoint...
