Respected sir,

I have placed an order to buy a dell laptop on Ebay India. I received a scrap laptop instead of a new. I have claimed for refund on 15th June. My claim id : 98967. I am answered that your refund will be processed in 7 days, but till today my status is pending. I have already talked to customer care for this matter many times but they are giving me one more day to wait every time.

Customer care always saying that your claim assistant Mr. Mukesh will call you in an hour, but I am waiting for his call for more than a week.

Reply me as soon as possible. and call me. Thanking You
