Cheat dealer sold refurbished laptop

Hi, I Chakrapani Sharma bought new Dell Studio Laptop with i-5 processor worth 41, 000/= The dealer sold this laptop without "Complete Dell Protection" which is given by Dell Computers. After 5-6 days I observed some mechanical defect in the Hinges in the screen of Laptop. When I called to Dell Customer Care, the Executive informed me that the Laptop sold to me is "Refurbished" by the dealer. I was shocked by this news. When I made a telephonic Contact to the dealer, he started bluffing me that it could no be so, if you prove it is refurbished, I'll give you two laptops instead off one etc - etc. But this guy didn't acknowledged his cheat. So Request you to Reimburse my money and request you all to avoid that Dealer. - Chakrapani Sharma, Mahindra n Mahindra, Ranchi.
